What information do we need to provide to get our website started?

I will need your business logo, basic information about your business or services, contact details, photos (if you already have them), and any specific requirements you want on your website. Don’t worry if you don’t have everything ready, I will guide you through the entire process.

Do we need to provide the text content for our website?

If you already have the content, that’s great. If not, there’s no need to worry. I will understand your business, ask you a few questions, and write professional content for your website. You can also share a competitor’s website or a reference website if you have one.

We don’t have professional photos. Can you arrange them?

Yes. I can personally visit your business, office, clinic, school, or workplace and take professional photographs with an iPhone for your website. Free photography is included in all packages except the Starter Business Website Package. For the Starter package, photography is available for an additional ₹500.

Can we update our website or add more pages in the future?

Yes. I continue to manage my clients’ websites even after they are launched. Whether you want to update information, change photos, remove content, or add new pages, I can do it for a reasonable charge whenever required.

What are the yearly renewal charges?

Every year, you’ll need to renew your domain name, hosting, and SSL certificate. The renewal charge is ₹4,500 per year. If you request any content updates or additional work during renewal, those charges will be discussed separately.

Can we redesign our existing website?

Yes, but I usually redesign websites from scratch rather than making changes to poorly built websites. This allows me to create a clean, modern, and professional website that meets my quality standards. If you’re looking for a complete redesign, I’d be happy to help.

Do we need a professional email address with our website?

A professional email address (like info@yourwebsite.com) is optional. For most businesses, I recommend using Gmail because it offers better email delivery and reliability. If you still prefer a professional email address, I can provide one for an additional ₹600 per year.

Will our website work properly on mobile phones?

Yes. Every website I design is fully responsive and works smoothly on desktops, laptops, tablets, and smartphones.

Will our website appear on Google Search?

Every website I build follows SEO-friendly practices and is submitted to Google for indexing. While no one can guarantee a top ranking, I make sure your website is ready to perform well on search engines.

How long will it take to complete our website?

The delivery time depends on the package you choose and how quickly you provide the required information. Most websites are completed within 5 to 30 working days.
